Investor Relations

DaDepo maintains a controlled process for professional and institutional parties seeking further information about the company, its development and its longer-term funding strategy.

This public page provides general company information and explains how access to confidential investor materials may be requested. Detailed financing terms, financial information, forecasts, legal documents and due-diligence materials are not published here.

Important: Access to confidential materials is not automatic. Requests are reviewed according to the recipient, purpose, jurisdiction, applicable legal requirements and the status of the relevant materials.

About DaDepo

DaDepo Ltd develops technology for organising, reviewing and presenting document-backed assets and rights.

Claims, receivables, contracts, intellectual property, licences and other rights may have economic significance while remaining difficult for another party to understand. Important information is often distributed across agreements, amendments, invoices, correspondence, payment records and supporting evidence.

DaDepo's current product foundation begins with documents and the Asset Passport. The platform is being developed to help users:

  • organise document sets;
  • review AI-assisted findings;
  • connect structured information to available source evidence;
  • identify possible gaps and inconsistencies;
  • create a reviewable Asset Passport; and
  • control how information is shared with authorised recipients.

An Asset Passport does not replace the underlying documents, official registers, professional due diligence or the legal steps required to establish, transfer, finance or enforce a particular right.

Current development status

DaDepo publishes material company-development information separately from this Investor Relations page so that progress can be described with a clear status date.

The current update covers platform development, AI-assisted asset preparation, operational setup, legal and compliance planning, market-readiness work and the priorities for the next stage.

The Activation Update is a general company update. It does not contain or replace confidential financing terms, investment documentation or due-diligence materials.

Commercial direction

DaDepo is developing a scalable information and workflow platform around the preparation and controlled review of document-backed assets.

Potential commercial services may include account or subscription access, document and Asset Passport preparation, portfolio workflows, controlled information services, institutional integrations and service fees associated with functionality that becomes available through an appropriate legal and operational model.

The final availability, pricing and regulatory treatment of each service will depend on product development, testing, jurisdiction, user type, asset type, third-party requirements and applicable law.

This description is not a revenue forecast and does not state that every possible service is currently available.

Who may request investor materials

The controlled access process is intended primarily for parties such as:

  • professional or institutional investors;
  • venture capital, private equity and strategic investment organisations;
  • family offices and investment companies;
  • regulated financial institutions;
  • corporate and technology partners considering a strategic relationship;
  • authorised advisers acting for an identified client; and
  • other recipients whom DaDepo may lawfully provide with the relevant materials.

The inclusion of a recipient category does not guarantee access or establish that a person meets any legal investor classification. DaDepo may request supporting information and may decline, restrict, delay or revoke access.

Materials available through controlled access

Depending on the stage of the discussion and the required approvals, confidential materials may include:

  • a confidential Investor Overview;
  • a current company and product presentation;
  • information about a specific financing process and its status;
  • financial assumptions and scenario-based projections;
  • proposed use of funds and milestone planning;
  • corporate, capitalisation and governance information;
  • product, technology and security information;
  • intellectual-property and software-rights information;
  • legal and regulatory planning materials;
  • material contracts in an appropriately disclosed or redacted form;
  • market and commercial analysis;
  • risk information; and
  • a structured data-room index and due-diligence Q&A.

Not every document will be available to every recipient. Particularly sensitive materials may require an additional approval, a more advanced diligence stage, redaction or view-only access.

How to request access

To request access, contact DaDepo and provide:

  1. your full name;
  2. organisation and professional role;
  3. business email address;
  4. country or jurisdiction;
  5. the nature of your interest in DaDepo;
  6. whether you are acting for yourself, an organisation or an identified client; and
  7. any investor or professional classification relevant to your jurisdiction.

Request investor access

Please do not send identity documents, bank information, investment funds or other sensitive records with the initial request. DaDepo will explain any secure submission requirements if additional information is needed.

Access and confidentiality process

A typical access process may involve:

  1. Request review — DaDepo reviews the identity, organisation, jurisdiction and stated purpose of the request.
  2. Recipient assessment — any required professional, institutional or other permitted-recipient status is considered.
  3. Confidentiality terms — an NDA or other confidentiality terms may be required.
  4. Initial access — approved recipients may receive access to an initial confidential overview and selected materials.
  5. Diligence access — additional documents may be made available as the discussion progresses and further approval is granted.
  6. Ongoing control — access may be logged, limited, watermarked, made view-only, time-limited or revoked.

An NDA governs confidentiality but does not by itself determine whether a communication or investment process is lawful. Applicable financial-promotion, offering, securities and investor-protection requirements must still be considered.

Information quality and forward-looking statements

Confidential investor materials may contain estimates, assumptions, targets, development plans and other forward-looking statements. These involve risks and uncertainties, and actual outcomes may differ materially.

Dates, budgets, product plans, market-entry assumptions, regulatory routes and financial projections may change as development, testing, professional advice, commercial discussions and external conditions provide new information.

Recipients should:

  • review the date and status of each document;
  • distinguish historical information from forecasts;
  • examine the stated assumptions and risk factors;
  • conduct their own legal, financial, tax, technical and commercial due diligence; and
  • rely only on definitive documents that have been properly authorised and executed.

DaDepo does not guarantee that a proposed financing will proceed, that planned services will become available, that regulatory approvals will be obtained, or that any commercial or financial target will be achieved.
