About DaDepo

From documents to structured opportunity

DaDepo Ltd develops technology for organising, reviewing and presenting document-backed assets and rights.

Claims, receivables, contracts, intellectual property, licences and other rights may have economic significance while remaining difficult for another party to understand. The relevant information is often scattered across agreements, amendments, invoices, correspondence, payment records and supporting evidence.

DaDepo helps turn that material into a clearer, reviewable asset package.

Users can begin with their documents, review AI-assisted findings, create an Asset Passport, control how information is shared and continue toward registration or buyer review when the asset and the applicable workflow allow it.

Our purpose: Reduce the distance between a folder of documents and an informed next decision.

The problem we are addressing

Traditional financial and market infrastructure is designed primarily around established instruments and standardised records. Many document-backed rights begin outside those systems.

Before a claim, contract or portfolio can be assessed, financed, assigned or offered to another party, someone usually needs to determine:

  • which documents are relevant;
  • which versions are current;
  • who the stated parties are;
  • what dates, amounts and obligations apply;
  • what evidence supports each important fact;
  • which information is missing or inconsistent; and
  • whether the material is ready to be shared with another reviewer.

This work is often manual and repeated for advisers, servicers, account managers and potential buyers.

DaDepo is building a more structured path through that preparation.

What DaDepo helps users do today

Organise and review documents

Upload a document set and use AI-assisted analysis to identify available document types, parties, dates, amounts and possible gaps. Findings remain linked to the source material where available and must be reviewed by the user.

Create an Asset Passport

Bring documents, recorded facts, provenance, review status and lifecycle information into a structured asset record. An Asset Passport can make a package easier to understand without replacing the underlying documents or professional due diligence.

Share information with control

Keep an asset package private, share selected information with authorised recipients and use NDA-controlled access where appropriate. Visibility and access settings help manage disclosure while preserving a review trail.

Prepare for the next decision

Use the structured package to understand what may still be missing and whether the asset is ready for further review. Where available and appropriate, eligible users can continue toward signing, registration, Offerboard or buyer-interest workflows.

Feature availability depends on the asset, jurisdiction, account, user status and the requirements of the relevant service or third-party provider.

Built for document-backed rights

DaDepo can help prepare document sets relating to:

  • claims, receivables and non-performing loan portfolios;
  • invoices and payment obligations;
  • commercial and financial contracts;
  • secured loans and mortgage-related assets;
  • court, settlement and enforcement-related records;
  • intellectual property and licensing rights;
  • software, data and related agreements; and
  • other rights whose existence, terms and history can be supported by documents.

Uploading or structuring a right through DaDepo does not change its legal classification, prove ownership or make it transferable, registrable or tradeable.

AI with human control

Artificial intelligence is an important part of DaDepo's operating model, but it is used as an assistant rather than an autonomous decision-maker.

AI can help:

  • classify documents;
  • extract candidate facts;
  • identify possible gaps or conflicting information;
  • draft descriptions and summaries;
  • organise a proposed asset record; and
  • prepare information for the user's review.

AI does not independently confirm legal validity, ownership, enforceability, transferability, asset value or buyer suitability. It does not make an investment decision, sign an asset, register a right, disclose protected documents or execute a transaction on the user's behalf.

The user reviews and confirms the information and remains responsible for each material decision.

Our longer-term direction

DaDepo's current foundation begins with documents and Asset Passports. Our longer-term ambition is to connect better-prepared asset records with appropriate registration, discovery and transaction infrastructure.

Potential development areas include:

  • deeper source-based document analysis;
  • asset-specific readiness guidance;
  • portfolio and enterprise intake;
  • buyer mandates and controlled discovery;
  • connections to registries, depositories and market infrastructure;
  • institutional integrations and APIs; and
  • passport-based identity, rights and audit records for emerging digital objects.

These are development directions, not a statement that every feature is currently live or available in every market.

DaDepo is also researching how the passport model could in future be applied to AI-agent identity, permissions, licensing and lifecycle records. DaDepo does not currently present itself as an AI-agent registry, certification service or agent depository.

Trust through structure and transparency

DaDepo is designed around several operating principles:

  1. Source visibility — important findings should remain connected to their supporting material.
  2. Human review — AI suggestions remain reviewable and correctable.
  3. Controlled disclosure — users choose how information is made visible or shared.
  4. Defined permissions — access and significant actions depend on the user's authority and applicable requirements.
  5. Lifecycle records — relevant versions, approvals and events should remain traceable.
  6. Explicit confirmation — legally or financially significant actions are separate from document analysis and draft preparation.

Identity, KYC, AML, sanctions or other checks may apply to particular users or actions. These checks are risk-control measures with a defined scope; they are not a guarantee of a person, asset or transaction.

DaDepo does not claim regulatory approval merely because information has been organised, reviewed or recorded on the platform.

Experience behind the platform

The DaDepo team also brings practical experience from ExecExchange, an exchange platform that uses DEPEND CSD infrastructure.

That work informs our understanding of securities workflows, depository connections and the operational boundary between marketplace and CSD systems. DaDepo remains a separate platform, and any current third-party integration or partnership will be described only where it has been expressly confirmed.
